Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I look after it. If anything here is unclear, email me at belinda@digitaltwinimaging.nz and I'll explain.

Digital Twin Imaging is run by Belinda Bullock, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

What I collect

If you join my email list: your email address.
If you use the contact form or email me: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
If you buy a course: your name and email. Payments run through a secure third-party checkout (Payhip). I never see or store your card details.
If you work with me to create a digital twin: your photos, video footage, and voice recordings, which together make up your likeness. This is the most personal information I handle, and I treat it that way.

To send you guides, resources, and updates, but only if you have opted in
To create and deliver the service you have asked for, including building your digital twin
To process course purchases

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone except the tools I need to run the service, listed below.

Tools I use that handle your information

MailerLite stores my email list and sends my emails.
Formspree passes contact form messages to my inbox.
Payhip handles course payments and checkout.
HeyGen and similar AI platforms are used to build and run your digital twin from the footage you provide.

Each of these has its own privacy terms. They are established providers that I have chosen because they take security seriously.

Your digital twin footage

The footage and voice recordings used to build your twin are yours. I use them only to create what you have asked for. I will not use your likeness for anything else, or share it, without your permission.

A note on AI platforms: the tools used to build digital twins are run by third parties and are designed to be secure. I cannot give an absolute guarantee against a platform changing or a third party misusing data, which is covered further in my Terms and Conditions.

Keeping your information safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it for as long as I need it. The platforms I use are secured by their providers.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link in every email.
You can ask me what information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Email me and I will sort it out.

Your rights under NZ law

I handle your information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. That means I use it only for the purpose you gave it to me, keep it secure, and let you see and correct it on request.
